Breakfast Cream

Ingredients
6 heaping Tablespoons Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt2 heaping Tablespoons 5 Grain Cereal (ground)2 Tbl fresh lemon juice (half a lemon squeezed)1 Tbl Flaxseed Oil1/2 Mango diced10 raspberries
Directions
Place 5-grain cereal in a blender and chop into a course flour. Store in a Ziploc for future use. Mix together all ingredients but the raspberries and mango in a serving bowl. Stir in the Mango and raspberries and enjoy.
