Southwest chicken Salad

Ingredients
1/2 c. Lime Juice2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil 4 medium garlic cloves8 TBSP chopped cilantro2 tsp chili powder2 tsp cumindash of salt4 - 4 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 cups (1 can) black beans4 medium roma tomatoes8 TBSP chopped scallions4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
Directions
Place the lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cilantro, chili powder, cumin and salt in a closed jar. Shake until well mixed

Grill the chicken until done. Slice into 1 inch strips.

Mix together the chicken, beans, tomatoes, scallions, lettuce, and jar mixture, and serve.
