Ingredients
Flour, white, 1 cup Baking Powder, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp Salt, 0.25 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 large Milk, 1%, 1 cup Canola Oil, 1 Tbsp Applesauce, 1 Tbsp
Directions
Mix dry ingredients, add wet ingredients and just mix.

Cook over medium heat on a non-stick pan or griddle. I use about 1/4 cup per pancake.
