Apple-oat bran pancakes (no flour)

Ingredients
2 tablespoon Oat bran apple grated w peel1 egg1 tsp vanillayou might want to add splenda here (i don't use artificial sweeteners anymore)
Directions
grate apple- mix together all ingredients and pour in pan coated with non stick spray- check edges to see if they are cooking
and carefully turn once the edges dry and crisp up... cook till done and eat...top with whatever you like...

Serving Size: one serving (2 pancakes-depends on how big you like them)
