Coconut fish Chowder

Ingredients
1 cup uncooked instant brown rice1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions1 medium red bell pepper, coarsely chopped1 clove garlic, minced2 cups low sodium chicken broth1 can (14 oz) lite coconut milk1 tbsp lime juice1/2 tsp Salt Sense1/8 tsp ground red pepper1/8 tsp turmeric1 lb firm white fish fillets, cut into 1 inch pieces1 tsp chopped dried cilantro
Directions
1. In large saucepan, combine all ingredients except fish. Bring to a boil.

2. Add fish and cilantro. Reduce heat, simmer 5-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, stirring occasionally.
