Ingredients
An average pot roast (3lbs)Cream of celery soup + 1/2 can water4 celery stalks, in chunksabout 2-3 cups baby carrotsyour favorite seasoning (Rosemary Herb or Italian)2-3 bay leaves
Directions
Season Pot Roast all over with seasoning and place in crock pot.
add celery and carrots.
Top with soup and water.
cover and cook on high 6-8 hours or until meat reaches 160*F for medium doneness.
