Crustless Mushroom and Cheese Quiche

1 cup cream6 eggs8 oz italian cheese blend3/4 pound sliced mushroomsSalt, Pepper, Garlic Powder and Onion Powder to taste (season mushrooms)
Saute mushrooms until golden, season mushrooms with desired spices while cooking. (go easy on the salt, the recipe doesn't really need it due to the cheese.) Whip eggs and cream together. Place cheese in the bottom of a greased pie plate, top with mushrooms and then evenly pour egg mixture on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
