Sweet and Sour veggies

Ingredients
Pineapple, fresh, .2 fruit (remove) Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) *Snow Peas, fresh, 0.5 cup (remove) Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove) *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove) *Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, 1 cup (remove) Cornstarch, .01 cup (remove) Baby Carrots, raw, 6 medium (remove) Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Cut vegetables into bite sized pieces saute in small amount of broth for 5 minutes
cut fruit into bite sized pieces add to veggies
mix cornstarch and broth
add to the rest fruit and veggies simmer 8-10 minutes ubtil veggies are cooked thru
serve over brown rice with turkey meatballs or chicken
