Simple Greek Yogurt dressing

Ingredients
Blend one cup of Fage 0% yogurt or comparable fat-free Greek yogurt with a peeled, seeded cucumber, two mashed garlic cloves, fresh or dried oregano, and the juice of one lemon wedge. Add salt & pepper to taste. Great atop an herb salad with yogurt marinated chicken or seared blackened ahi, feta, olives, cucumbers, and diced roma tomatoes.
