Super Simple Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
4 tbsp Olive Oil (just enough to cover the bottom of the stock pot)2 tbsp minched garlic2 large cans of whole tomatoes1 (15oz) can of tomato puree6 leaves fresh basil
Directions
Saute garlic in olive oil over a medium-high heat for about 3 minutes or until fragrant.
Put both cans of tomatoes in a blender and blend until desired consistancy. Less blending for chunkier sauce, more for thinner sauce. Pour blended tomatoes into stock pot. Add can puree and basil to pot.
Bring sauce to a boil. Then turn down to a simmer. Cover and simmer for 5 hours, stirring every 30-45 minutes.
Use immediately or freeze.
