Avocado Dip

Ingredients
2 large avocado, peeled 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese 1/2 cup diced tomatoes1/2 cup diced onions3 drops hot chili sauce, or to taste 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper, or to taste
Directions
Mash avocado with a fork until very smooth.

Add ricotta cheese, tomato, onion, chili sauce and black pepper. Blend until smooth. This may be done in a food processor or blender.
