Michelle's Peach Crisp

Ingredients
Filling:4.5 cups fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced3 T sugarTopping:.5 cups of whole wheat flour.5 cups of regular oats.25 cups of ground flaxseed.5 cups of packed brown sugar1 teaspoon cinnamon.5 teaspoon of ginger3 tablespoons of butter cut into small pieces
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix filling ingredients in a bowl then spread evenly in a 9X9 pan.

Mix all topping ingredients except butter together. Cut in butter until mixture resembles course crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over peaches.

Bake for 30-35 mins or until the fruit is cooked through and bubbly.

Serving Size: makes about 9 servings in a 9X9 pan
