Spicy Avocado Dip

Ingredients
1 medium avocadoes , peeled 2 medium garlic cloves , chopped 1 medium limes , juice only 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup lowfat plain yogurt 1 pinch black pepper 2 pinch ground cayenne (red pepper) ½ small onion, diced (optional)Tomato dices (optional)
Directions
Slice the avocado into chunks and place in a blender. Add the garlic and lime juice. Pulse until it becomes slightly chunky.
Add the salt, yogurt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Blend until it becomes smooth.
Serve chilled.
