Ingredients
Place all ingredients into blender. I use Exotic Fruit flavor Spirutein often, gives a better flavor. I occasionally add 4 baby carrots and about 6 leaves (no stems) of spinach for extra veggies and vitamins/minerals. Surprisingly, you can't even taste them!
