Not Your Mama's Roast Beef

Ingredients
4-5 lbs. venison2 cups beef broth2 cups catsup1/2 c. cider vinegar2 onions, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced6 T. or 18 t. brown sugar
Directions
1. Cut deer meat into 2" pieces; place in slow cooker.
2. In a medium bowl, mix broth, catsup, vinegar, onions, garlic and brown sugar; pour over meat. If needed to cover meat, add water 1/2 cup at a time until covered.
3. Cook on low for 8 hours.
4. Serve over rice.
