Cornmeal Porridge no milk

1 cup cornmeal12tsp sugar1/4 tbsp nutmeg4 cups watersalt to taste
Directions
Soak cormeal. Boil water then gently stir in cornmeal. allow to cook on low. add salt, nutmeg vanilla to taste.
