Nana's Chili-Sauce for canning

Ingredients
10 lbs Red Ripe tomatoes (slicing kind)4 stalks of celery4 large onions3 peppers (green and/or red)1 cup sugar1/2 cup splenda1 Tbsp each of : Allspice, Cinnamon, Ground ClovesRed Pepper to taste ( I use a 1/2 tsp)1/4 cup sea salt1 cup distilled white vinegar
Directions
Chop all veggies in a food processor and add to large stock pot.

Add all other ingredients and stir while heating to a boil

Once boiling reduce heat to simmer for two hours.

Can using hot canning method. Pressure cooker not needed.
