This was very good. I made this for dinner and my daughter really enjoyed it. I substituted skim milk for the 2% since we don't buy it. - 3/18/08

Great recipe. I added mushrooms and spinach and a 1/2 tsp of creole seasoning. Had to cook a bit longer due to the added vegatables. - 11/14/14

So easy, and so delicious! I substituted 1% milk for the 2%, which worked out just fine. - 3/19/13

The recipe is very good, but calorie count is off - one serving of pie crust has 110 calories, not 14 as counted in the recipe. I also like to add onions and broccoli for a little more flavor. - 1/8/13

Thanks for sharing. Not too complicated. Quick question: How many ounces is one serving? - 3/5/12

The carb count for this recipe can not possibly be correct using a pie crust. - 1/5/12

Delicious, easy quiche recipe. I usually use skim milk instead of regular. This is great to last a few days for a quick microwave breakfast! - 12/9/11

what a great, easy recipe. I used a little less milk, and a little more cheese for my cheese-lovin daughter, then made a second one with broccoli, cauliflower and onion flakes (ran out of onions, darnit). they both turned out great! - 2/12/11

Found this recipe through Google search when my recipe went missing...Used it strictly as a guideline so wasnt followed precisely...less milk (1 tb. per egg) then fat free ham & only 1 c. of cheese...skipped basil, prefer to S&P to taste upon eating...a nice basic recipe, thanks for sharing! - 8/25/10

Terrific turn out! I decided to bake in muffin pans instead of pie shell. Turned out with 12 minis but could of made more with more dough. Used 1/4 cup less ham , substituded with lite chedder, 1/3 cup chopped onion, 1/8 garlic powder for added flavor. my none egg lover 4 year old even liked it! - 1/12/10
