Cucumber Tomato Salad, 49 / half cup

Ingredients
2 large tomatoes cut into 1 inch pieces2 cucumbers peeled and thin sliced1/2 vidalia onion cut into large dices1/4 cup olive oil1/8 cup apple cider vinegar (2 TBS)1 TBS Splenda1/2 tsp salt sense1/8 tsp oregano
Directions
Cut up veggies and put in a bowl. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Put in refrigerator and let set for an hour before serving.
Makes 12 servings of 1/2 cup.
