Ingredients
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips1 - 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Directions
Place chocolate chips and condensed milk in microwave safe dish. Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir well. If all chips aren't melted, cook for an additional minute. Stir until well blended. Add vanilla, and stir again until blended.

Immediately pour into a dish lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, or lined with parchment paper.

Cut into *40* pieces. (8 rows of 5 pieces each)

By cutting them small, you can have a piece occasionally to bust that chocolate craving for under 100 calories!

Freezes well, so bag up what you don't want lying around, and only take out the occasional piece to eat as a craving hits.

It's not about "unallowable" foods ... it's about *portion control*, and learning to limit yourself.

(I prefer to use this method rather than purchasing store-bought snacks, as I can control the ingredients.)

-- When using the recipe calculator, it said it was 98.8 calories, with 4.5g fat per piece, but when posted it shows a bit higher. Sorry about that!
