2 Pork cube steaks1c frozen english peas1/2 Grannysmith Apple, chopped1/4 Videlia onion, chopped2Tblsp ButterSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Brown pork steaks in hot skillet, add butter, apple, onion,and peas. Saute covered for 15 minutes and 5 minutes uncovered.
