Kiwi bacon and egg pie

1 sheet savoury short pastry6 eggs1 tablespoon Dijon mustard3 slices shoulder baconhalf an onion sliced1 cup shredded cheese (I use colby)1/4 cup chopped up broccoli
Oil a pie pan, line with the pastry. Place baking paper in the crust, pour in pie weights and bake for 20 minutes. Take out the weights and baking paper and bake another 10 minutes.
Lay the bacon in the bottom of the crust. Smear the mustard on the bacon, lay in the onions and sprinke the chopped broccoli. Crack the eggs in whole. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Grate the cheese over. Bake at 180 degrees C for half an hour.
