Salad Shirazi

Ingredients
1/2 cup yellow or white onion chopped1 cup tomato chopped1 cucumber-peeled-chopped1 cup lime or lemon juice2 Tblsp minced fresh cilantro (remove leaves from stems)1 tsp. salt1 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Fold them until completely blended. Cover bowl and put in the fridge. Let it sit for about 30 minutes. This allows the juices from the veggies to soak into eachother, marrying nicely. You can add less or more salt and pepper if needed. After that, Just serve!
