Ingredients
1 c salsa2 bell peppers1 can crabmeat or tuna*, drained1/4 cup reduced fat shredded cheese1 c cooked brown rice*Nutrition facts based on crab, tuna will increase calories.
Directions
Mix ingredients and stuff into hollowed out peppers. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 for 35-45 min.
