Soy Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
1/4 cup Soy Flour3 lg eggs1/4 cup buttermilk4 tsp teaspoons splenda granulated1 1/4 cup cold water1 tsp sugar free syurpdash salt
Directions
Mix all powder ingredients, then add eggs, syrup and buttermilk. A little at a time begin to whisk in the cold water until you get the desired consistency of your batter. Use a 1/4 measure cup to get the perfect size pancake. Cook for 7-10 minutes on each side at 300 degrees.
