spaghetti sauce with ground turkey

Ingredients
* Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped * Mushrooms, cooked, 2 cup pieces * Olive Oil, 1\2 cup * *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz * Granulated Sugar, 1 cup * Pureed Tomatoes, 2 can (29 oz) (401 x 411) * *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 3.5 cup * Tomato Paste, 2 can (6 oz) Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp Garlic, 3 clove
Directions
place 1/4 cup oil in large skillet, fry up chopped onions and mushrooms, add 2tbsp oregano, 2tbsp basil, 3 clove minced garlic. When the liquid is cook out of the mushrooms add the rest of the oil and ground turkey to the pan, cook till turkey is done and no more pink.
then add all tomato items. turn down the heat so sauce does not splatter. Then add sugar. Mix all together, taste, add more seasonings if necessary.
Heat on med. heat till sauce starts to bubble.
