Bread Machine Blueberry Bagels

Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast1 C bread flour1 C whole wheat flour1 tbsp sugar1 tsp salt3/4 C warm water**I sometimes have to add 1/2-1 tbsp of warm water if there doesn't seem to be enough during the mixing cycle.
Place ingredients into bread pan according to manufacturer recommendations. Set to dough cycle.
Set a pot of water to boil while you are doing the next steps.
After cycle has finished, divide dough into 6 parts. Roll each part into "snake." Press ends together in a ring-shape. Preheat oven to 350°.
Place each bagel in the boiling water for 2 minutes. I turn them after 1 minute. After they have boiled, put them on a cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
Try with 1/4 C raisins and 1 tsp cinnamon instead of blueberries!
Serving Size: Makes 6 small bagels
