Fried Tilapia

Ingredients
1 cup Bread CrumbsRosemaryGround CuminGround CoriaderOreganoCinnamonNutmeg2 eggsJuice of Half a LemonAround half a cup of vegetable or canola oil8 pieces of Tilapia
Directions
Heat oil in a pan with high sides on medium high heat
Mix lemon juice and eggs in one bowl
Mix spices and bread crumbs in a second bowl
Dip fish in egg mixture then into bread crumbs then put into oil
Cook each side until golden brown, flipping once, around 10 minutes a side
Serve with a wedge of lemon and lemon dill sauce
