Brown ground beef and ground turkey with the onions, green pepper, DICED cucumber and minced garlicUse spegetti sauce of choiceadd canned tomato- dice or purchase pre-dicedstir in the browned meat/veggie mixtureallow to simmer for 30 minutes on low heat coveredmix fat free light cottage cheese-chives, pepper, and egg in seperate bowl.place 2 cups sauce in bottom of panadd UNCOOKED rice noodlesplace half of cheee micture of noodlescover with 2 cupos sauceadd 2nd layer of rice noodlesuse remainder of cottage cheese mixturecover with remaining saucesprinkle with FAT FREE mozerellacover with foil and bake 35 minues covered at 300 degrees-no hotter- this helps with consistancy of noodlesremove foild bake additional 35minuteslket stand 15 minutes prior to cutting or serving so lasagna stiffens up a bit.
