Pasta with spinach, proscuitto and tomatoes (1.5 c/serving)

Ingredients
8 oz pasta (rotini work well)1 bag baby spinach4 medium tomatoes, diced1 Tbsp olive oil1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 clove garlic, minced2 oz proscuitto, diced1/2 c grated parmesan
Directions
Cook pasta to taste. While pasta is boiling: mix tomatoes, oil, salt & pepper, garlic & proscuitto. Add baby spinach to colander. Pour cooked pasta over spinach to drain - spinach will wilt. Combine with tomato mixture. Top with parmesan.
