Jodim turkey red sauce

Ingredients
1 tbs olive oil20 oz ground turkey breast 93% lean2 28 oz can crushed tomato14 oz can petite diced tomato1 6 oz can tomatoe paste1 large onion chopped8 oz sliced mushrooms2 tbs Wildtree Hearty Spaghetti blend (or your favorite Italian seasoning)
Directions
brown onion and mushrooms in olive oil, add turkey and cook (season with a pinch of salt and pepper), add tomatoes and seasoning, simmer at least 20 minutes, the longer the better it tastes (esp next day)
