Tilapia en Papillote (116 calories/serving)

Ingredients
4 pieces tilapia, 4oz each (or any fish)salt and pepperminced garlic4 sprigs of dill (or dried)lemon slices
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place one piece of fish on to a piece of parchment paper (about 3X the size of the fish).
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and minced garlic.
Place a sprig of dill on top followed by 2-3 lemon slices.

Fold paper into a pouch to trap in the steam.
Place pouches on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes (or once the fish flakes easily).

*thin fillets will take less time, thicker onces might take a little longer)

Serve with fragrant rice and steamed broccoli for a low cal/low fat dish that tastes amazing.
