BBQ Chicken and Blue Cheese Pizza

1 pizza crust (I used Freschetta Thin Crust)1/3 cup BBQ Sauce1/2 chicken breast, poached, shredded1/2 cup onion, sliced1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese1/2 cup crumbled reduced fat blue cheese2 plum tomatoes, sliced
1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. If using a stone, make sure it is starts in a cold oven.
2. Spread sauce over the crust, leaving a 1 inch border. Top with chicken and vegetables.
3. Top with 2 cheeses, spread evenly.
4. Carefully place pizza on stone. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese melts and crust is crisp.
Serving Size: makes 8 slices, 2 slices per serving
