Pancakes (Milk and Egg Free)

1 c. whole wheat flour1 c. white flour2 Tbsp. Splenda, granulated4 tsp. baking powder2 c. water (room temp)3 Tbsp. oil1/2 tsp. vanilla1 c. (or less) fruit or mini chocolate chips (OPTIONAL - not in calorie count)
Heat griddle to about 350 degrees or medium heat.
Mix dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients and mix completely.
Add fruit or mini chocolate chips.
Pour onto non-stick griddle and cook until bubbles form on top of pancake or edges start to dry. About 4 minutes. (They do not bubble as much as regular pancakes.)
Flip and cook 4 additional minutes.
Serve warm.
