Vegan Mango Coconut Icecream

  • Number of Servings: 10
Ingredients
2 cups of Frozen Mango. -I use a whole bag of Frozen mango (600g) 1 can of coconut milk rind and juice from 1 lime1/3 cup of Agave syrup
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender.

Freeze for 1 hour and blend again.

Freeze until serving and blend once more before serving.

(I sometimes eat it before freezing and it's more like a
smoothie)

You can substitute 1/2 cup or sugar for the Agave.

The calories are going vary a lot by the type of coconut milk you choose.
