Egg Sandwich

Ingredients
Egg Tea Sandwich3 Hard Boiled Eggs (Peeled)1/2 c Light Mayonaise1 Tbl finely chopped onionsSalt and Pepper to taste2 Slices of your favorite bread
Directions
Slice one egg for garnish and finaly chop the other two to make an egg salad. Mix chopped eggs, mayonaise and green onions to well blended. Salt and pepper to taste. Spread the egg mixture on one slice of bread. Top with bean sprouts and the reserved egg slices. Spred a thin cover of mayonnaise on the other slice. Then make each sandwich, cut off the crusts, and cut into three equal sections or get creative with a cookie cutter if you like.
