Andouille Sausage and Quinoa

Ingredients
3 Johnsonville New Orleans Brand Andouille Sausage1/4 chopped onion6-8 mushrooms1 tsp minced garlic (or 1 clove)1 cup quinoa2 cups water
Directions
chop onions and mushrooms to your liking

while cooking the following quinoa and veg mix, cook sausages to your liking

put pan on range, heat
add 1 T olive oil
let oil heat, spread in pan
add 1 tsp garlic
add chopped onion
add chopped mushrooms
let cook until mushrooms are translucent
add 2 cups water (slowly!)
add 1 cup clean quinoa
let simmer until water is gone! don't forget to stir regularly

take off heat

when sausages are cool enough to touch, slice them and add them

stir together. doooone.
