Ingredients
2 lbs fresh string beans, trimmed and cut into 1" pieces2 tsp oil2-3 cloves garlic, minced1/2 tsp thyme1/2 tsp seasoned salt1 vegetable bouillon cube1-1/2 cups water
Directions
Saute garlic in hot oil (do not let brown). Add beans and stir until coated and beginning to sear. Add thyme, salt and bouillon, mix well. Add water and bring to a boil, stirring 'till bouillon is dissolved. Simmer just until tender, about 5 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1/2-cup servings.
