Decadent Veggie Burger

Ingredients
1 cup zucchini, grated3/4 medium potato, grated (i like red)1/2 cup carrots, grated3 tablespoons onion, grated1 large egg white1 teaspoon ground ginger1 teaspoon garlic salt1 tablespoon black peppertwo orowheat sandwich thins (one for each patty)spinach and tomato for your sandwich1 tablespoon vegan ranch (not included in nutrition but REALLY GOOD)
Directions
mix all together, pour half the batter onto the pan and fry until brown and crispy on both sides.
put the patty in a 100 calorie orowheat sandwich thins bun with a little bit of vegan ranch, a spinach leaf, and a couple slices of tomato.

this makes about two servings (two patties) (thus halving the batter in the earlier step)

VOILA! you won’t know what hit you. SO TASTY and filling!
