Spinach and Fruit Salad Smoothie

Ingredients
1 large ripe banana2 cups frozen mixed friut1.5 cups of fresh washed spinach1 cup cold water1 tsp sugar
Directions
put water and sugar in blender first. Then add other ingredients. (might be easiest to let frozen fruit thaw a little first). Blend until smooth

Serving Size: makes 2- 16 oz smoothies
