1 Can Bumble Bee Red Sockeye Salmon (14.75 oz)1 small onion, chopped fine2 large eggs1/3 cup plain panko bread crumbs1Tbl. garlic powder1 Tbl. dried parsley3 Tbl. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Drain salmon and mix with chopped onion, eggs, panko, garlic powder and parsley. Mix well and form 8 patties. Brown in 3tbsp EVOO on medium high until brown.
