Whole Wheat Bread (serving size 1 slice)

Ingredients
2 Cups Hot Water1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil1/3 Cup Honey1 1/2 t. Salt6+ Cups Whole Wheat Flour1 Tbs. Instant Yeast1/8 c. Vital Wheat Gluten1 1/2 T. Dough Enhancer
Directions
Mix the first 4 ingredients along with 2 cups of flour in a Kitchen Mixer until just combined.

Add Yeast and keep mixing using the dough hook as you add the final ingredients. Add flour gradually until the dough starts to pull away from the sides of the bowl.

Allow dough to knead in the mixer for 5-10 minutes.

Divide dough into two pieces, shape into loaves and place in greased bread pans.

Place in warm oven (150 degrees) to rise.

When risen, leave bread in the oven and turn it on to 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
