Low Cal Strawberry Banana Bread

2 cups unbleached white whole wheat flour27tsp(or 9 tbsp)3 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/4 cup egg buster3/4 cup silk soy milk vanilla1/4 cup unstweetened applesauce1 1/2 cups mashed bananas1 1/2 cup diced strawberries
Preheat oven to 350. Grease bread loaf pan.
Mix all dry indredients into a large bowl.
Mix all remaining ingredients in another bowl.
Add liquid mix to dry mix and stir thouroughly.
Pour into bread pan and cook for approximately 55 to 65 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let bread cool in pans for about 5 to 10 minutes. Run a knife along outside edge to loosen sides.
