Banana Waffles

Ingredients
2 Ripe Bananas1 3/4 cup Skim Milk1/2 cup Egg substitute1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1 Cup All Purpose Flour4 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Blend all liquid ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

Incorporate all dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Stir in liquid ingredients (Do not over stir)

Place 3/4 cup of batter on a hot waffle iron and cook for 5 minutes or until done.

Serving Size: Make 6 Waffles
