cran apple smoothie

1cup frozen whole cranberries2 small apples quartered and cored1/2cup pomegranate juice1tbsp flax seed meal1tbsp honey (optional)
Directions
toss in blender until smooth!
serves 1
if you like it less sweet then you don't have to add the honey but the nutritional value includes it.
