One dish ground beef/vegs/quinoa

1 TBLS Olive OilMushrooms 8oz1 whole yellow pepper thinly sliced1 half large onion thinly sliced 8 oz Laura's Lean ground beef2 cups frozen peas1.5 cups cooked quinoa3 tsps Worcestershire sauce
Heat olive oil in skillet.
add onion and pepper and saute until translucent
add mushrooms and continue to saute
remove from skillet and keep warm
using left over oil in skillet fry ground beef
meanwhile cook .75 cup of quinoa in water
cook frozen peas in microwave
Add all back together in the skillet, add Worcestershire sauce and cook until hot.
Serving Size: Makes three servings, One for me, two for my husband
