Garlic Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Chicken tenderloinBrocolliMushroomsOnionsCucumbersGreen BeansButterGarlic Powder
Directions
Cut up chicken tenderloin, 2 pieces. Put in skillet.
Put broccolli and green beans into separate skillet.
Cook both items.
Add some onions and mushrooms to chicken, sprinkle with garlic powder.
Cook items.
Remove from heat.
Get large bowl.
Add lettuce.
Cut up cucumbers, onions and mushrooms.
Add to bowl.
Add cooked green beans and broccolli.
Mix well.
Add chicken and your choice of dressing.
Cheese optional.


Serving Size: Makes 1 medium tupperware bowl
