Vegan Banana Flax Muffins

Ingredients
In a large bowl combine:1/2 cup ground flaxseed1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup wheat germ1 tablespoon baking powder1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon saltIn another large bowl combine:4 very ripe medium sized bananas, mashed well1/2 cup juice sweetened cinnamon applesauce2 tablespoons slightly warm honey1 tablespoon vegan butter, melted
Directions
1. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients. With an ice-cream scoop, scoop and release batter into each muffin cup.

2. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until done.
