Sweet and Sour Meatball Sauce

Ingredients
Directions
1 cup brown sugar2 tbsp. cornstarch2 tsp mustard powder1 cup ketchup1/2 cup white vinegar1/2 cup water
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil then reduce and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add meatballs of your choice and combine carefully. Continue to simmer on low for approx. 30 minutes.
This makes enough to cover 100 small meatballs. You can always increase the recipe if you like more sauce.
