Blueberry Walnut Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup Bob's Redmill 10 Grain Pancake Mix1 container Tillamook Lowfat Vanilla Bean Yogurt1 Egg1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 cup Blueberries1/2 cup Skim Milk1/3 cup Walnuts
Directions
1. Mix pancake mix, yogurt, egg, and oil together.

2. Add milk until desired consistency is achieved (about 1/2 cup).

3. Stir in nuts.

4. Gently fold in blueberries.

5. Heat skillet over medium high heat. Spray with cooking spray.

6. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, pour 3 pancakes into the skillet.

7. Cook to desired doneness.
